Official Stage Map
1998
Stage 5 was used in 1998 for the Enterprise-E bridge in
Star Trek:
Insurrection. What was previously the Observation Lounge behind the bridge
was made into the banquet hall seen at the beginning of the movie.
Additionally, the hallway leading to the banquet hall was built.
In addition, Stage 5 was used to film the Scoutship scene with Data in a
modified version of the Voyager shuttlecraft [2], and later Picard and
Worf in the Enterprise-E shuttle, a modified DS9 Runabout [3].
The remaining third of the stage was occupied by the Enterprise-E
engineering set, as noted in an Insurrection call sheet [4].
