Stage 10 was only ever used for Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
Stage 10 was initially planned for and built for Phase II, later
refit for The Motion Picture. It contained the sets for the Recreation
Deck, the reception area of the space office, as well as the Klingon bridge
[1]. The Rec Deck was moved to Stage 8
when the series became a feature.
